Emmanuel College is a Roman Catholic liberal arts college located in Boston, Massachusetts. The 17-acre campus sits in the heart of the city nearby popular tourist sites such as Fenway Park and the Museum of Fine Arts. It is also a member of the Colleges of the Fenway consortium with Simmons College, Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, Wentworth Institute of Technology and Wheelock College. Academically, Emmanuel offers a 16 to 1 student culty ratio and an average class size of 20 students. Undergraduates can choose from over 40 majors, minors and concentrations. The most popular areas of study are management, communication, media and cultural studies, and counseling and health psychology. Student life on campus is active, with more than 90 clubs, organizations and other student activities. These include several devoted specifically to community service and outreach, and Emmanuel students log over 25,000 hours of community service annually. The Emmanuel College Saints compete in the NCAA Division III Great Northeast Athletic Conference.
